He Garden is an important unit of cultural relics under the protection at the national level, a national AAAA scenic zone, and the first group important parks at the national level. He Garden, also named as Ji Xiao Villa, is the large private garden of He Zhitao . He was the governor of Hubei province and established Ji Xiao Villa after his retirement to Yangzhou .

The “Number One Mountain in the world” of Rockery formed by pieces of stones is “the only existing copy” of the painting about piled stones by Monk Shitao, the great painting master in the Qing Dynasty. |
